Waico Group announces the acquisition of Logiudice + Mecateck, brands specialized in the production of professional ovens for bakery, pizza and pastry applications. The transaction is part of the Group’s growth strategy, which already includes brands such as Starmix, Vitella, Italforni, Flamic and Effedue, further expanding its industrial and technological ecosystem.
The integration of the two brands will enable the enhancement of complementary skills and know-how, generating industrial and commercial synergies and accelerating development in international markets.
